Balsamic Roasted Chicken with Arugula and Tomato Salad

  • 4 cups Chicken, cooked, cut into pieces
  • 8 cups Arugula, about 4 oz.
  • 2 cups Cherry tomatoes, halved, about 10 oz.
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese shavings
  • Robert Rothschild Farm Maple Balsamic Dressing with Bleu Cheese

Toss all ingredients together in a large bowl.

Top with Maple Balsamic Dressing with Bleu Cheese.
