Sizzling Sauerkraut and Smoke Sausage
- 2 cups Sauerkraut
- 1 lb. Smoked sausage, sliced
- 1 cup Onion, sliced
- 2 Tbsp. Butter
- 1 Tbsp. Oil
- 6 Potatoes, steamed
- 1/4 cup Robert Rothschild Farm Sweet Ham Glaze
- 12 Soft flour tortillas, 6 inch, warmed
Heat sauté pan and place oil in until heated. Add sausage and sear on each side. Add onion, potatoes and sauerkraut and cook for minutes while shaking pan to coat all sides. Add Sweet Ham Glaze and bring to a boil. Stir in butter and remove from heat.
