Southwest Style Meatloaf

Spice up meatloaf night with this mouth-watering recipe featuring our Southwest Chipotle Salsa.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lbs. Ground beef
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1/2 cup Onions, chopped
  • 1/2 cup Italian breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup Robert Rothschild Farm Southwest Chipotle Salsa
  • 1/4 cup Ketchup
  • 1/4 cup Barbeque sauce
  • 1 tsp. Salt
  • 1 tsp. Ground black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. Celery salt
  • Directions
    1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Mix the ground beef, eggs, onion, breadcrumbs, Southwest Chipotle Salsa, ketchup, barbeque sauce, salt, pepper and celery salt together in a bowl. Transfer to a loaf pan.
    2. Bake in the preheated oven until golden brown on top, about 1 hour.
