Seared Steak with Buffalo Bleu Cheese Dressing

Seared steak is slathered with our Buffalo Bleu Cheese Dressing and served with a side of mashed potatoes.

Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup Robert Rothschild Farm Buffalo Bleu Cheese Dressing
  • 2 each Flat iron steak
  • 2 oz. Bleu cheese, crumbled
  • 1 lb. Yukon Gold mashed potatoes
  • Directions
    1. Lightly rub 1 tablespoon of Buffalo Bleu Cheese Dressing on both sides of each steak.
    2. In a hot skillet, sear steaks for 2 minutes on each side. After turning each steak, top with 1 oz. bleu cheese and 1 tablespoon of Buffalo Bleu Cheese Dressing.
    3. Mash potatoes with remaining Buffalo Bleu Cheese Dressing until desired texture is reached.
