Roasted Garlic & Fig Ham and Swiss Croissants

Ham and swiss croissants are given some added flavor with our Roasted Garlic & Fig Spread.

Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp. Robert Rothschild Farm Roasted Garlic & Fig Spread
  • 1/2 tsp. Whole grain mustard
  • 1 Tbsp. Mayonnaise
  • 1 large Croissant, sliced
  • 6 oz. Black ham, sliced thin
  • 2 oz. Baby swiss
  • Directions
    1. Mix Roasted Garlic & Fig Spread with mustard and mayonnaise. Spread mixture on crown of croissant.
    2. Layer ham and swiss on bottom of croissant and toast in toasted oven until cheese is melted. Top croissant and garnish with olives. Repeat as desired.
