Roasted Garlic & Fig Gruyere Tart

Lovely little tarts are topped with gruyere cheese, our Roasted Garlic & Fig Spread and mint leaves for a delicious appetizer.

Ingredients

  • 1 Pie crust, pre-made
  • 1/4 lb. Gruyere cheese
  • 1 cup Robert Rothschild Farm Roasted Garlic & Fig Spread
  • 12 each Mint leaves
  • Directions
    1. Using a 1/2 inch floured cookie cutter, cut rounds out of pie crust and freeze until dough is firm, about 30 minutes.
    2. In the center of each tart, place 1 tablespoon of cheese, indenting the center. Top cheese with Roasted Garlic & Fig Spread.
    3. Bake for 15 minutes at 400 degrees F or until crusts are golden brown. Garnish with mint leaves.
