Rhubarb Strawberry Brownie Bites

Rhubarb Strawberry Preserves and cream cheese make these brownie bites irresistible.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz. Cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup Robert Rothschild Farm Rhubarb Strawberry Preserves
  • 1 box Brownie mix of your choice
  • Directions
    1. Bake brownies according to directions in two 9 inch cake pans. Set aside to cool.
    2. Meanwhile, blend together cream cheese and Rhubarb Strawberry Preserves. Spread first layer of brownies with cream cheese mixture. Place second layer of brownies and spread remaining mixture on top.
    3. To serve, garnish with sliced strawberries.
