Hummus Pizza

A great twist on pizza featuring our Roasted Eggplant & Pepper Hummus.

Ingredients

  • 10 oz. Pizza crust dough, refrigerated
  • 1 cup Robert Rothschild Farm Roasted Eggplant & Pepper Hummus
  • 1 1/2 cups Bell peppers, sliced, any color
  • 1 cup Broccoli florets
  • 2 cups Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
  • Directions
    1. Preheat the oven to 475 degrees F.
    2. Roll out pizza crust and place on a pizza pan or baking sheet. Spread a thin layer of Roasted Eggplant & Pepper Hummus over the crust. Arrange sliced peppers and broccoli over the hummus, and top with shredded cheese.
    3. Bake for 10-15 minutes, until the crust is golden brown and cheese is melted in the center. Slice and serve.
