Hot Pepper Raspberry Sweet Potatoes

A wonderful sweet potato side dish featuring our Hot Pepper Raspberry Chipotle Sauce.

Ingredients

  • 3 lbs. Sweet yams, peeled, diced
  • 1/4 cup Robert Rothschild Farm Hot Pepper Raspberry Chipotle Sauce
  • 4 oz. Butter
  • Directions
    1. Place yams in a large pot and cover with water.
    2. Boil sweet potatoes until soft, about 10 minutes. Drain water and incorporate Hot Pepper Raspberry Chipotle Sauce and butter.
    3. Mash until desired texture is reached.
