Grilled Halibut

What would be better for halibut than our Creamy Cucumber Horseradish Seafood Sauce.

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs. Halibut, fresh
  • 1/4 cup Butter
  • 1 tsp. Salt
  • 1/8 tsp. Pepper
  • 1 Paprika
  • Robert Rothschild Farm Creamy Cucumber Horseradish Seafood Sauce
  • Directions
    1. Place the halibut in a well greased wire grill basket.
    2. In a sauce pan, melt the butter. Stir in the salt and pepper.
    3. Grill the halibut over medium-hot coals for 5-8 minutes depending on thickness of steaks. Brush with butter mixture occasionally.
    4. Turn and baste with the remaining butter mixture. Grill the halibut until it flakes easily with a fork, 5-8 minutes more.
    5. Sprinkle halibut with paprika and serve with Creamy Cucumber Horseradish Seafood Sauce.
