Green Beans with Anna Mae's Smoky Mustard

A wonderful side dish of green beans and our Anna Mae's Smoky Mustard.

Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp. Olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp. Robert Rothschild Farm Anna Mae's Smoky Mustard
  • 1 lb. Haricots verts or thin tender green beans, trimmed
  • Salt and freshly ground pepper
  • Directions
    1. In a small bowl stir together the olive oil and Anna Mae's Smoky Mustard. Reserve.
    2. Cook beans in boiling salted water for 5 minutes. Drain. Return the green beans to the pan and fold in the mustard/oil mixture. Season with salt and pepper and serve warm.
