Fruit Filled Muffins with Hot Pepper Raspberry Spread

A great muffin recipe featuring our Hot Pepper Raspberry Spread.

Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup Milk
  • 1 Tbsp. Vegetable oil
  • 1 Egg
  • 2 cups Baking mix
  • 2 Tbsp. Sugar
  • 1/4 cup Robert Rothschild Farm Hot Pepper Raspberry Spread
  • 2/3 cup Powdered sugar
  • 3-4 tsp. Water
    • Directions
      1. Grease bottoms of 12 medium muffin cups. Stir milk, oil and egg in medium bowl until well blended. Stir in baking mix and granulated sugar just until moistened. Divide batter evenly among muffin cups. Drop 1 level teaspoon of Hot Pepper Raspberry Spread onto center of batter in each cup.
      2. Bake 13-18 minutes. Cool slightly; remove from pan. Mix powdered sugar and water until smooth, drizzle over warm muffins. Yields 12 muffins.
