Creamy Mexican Dip

A quick, simple, but delicious dip featuring our Roasted Green Chile & Tomato Sala.

Ingredients

  • 16 oz. Sour cream
  • 1 1/2 cups Sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup Robert Rothschild Farm Roasted Green Chile & Tomato Salsa
  • 1 Avocado, peeled, pitted, diced
  • Directions
    1. In a medium size bowl, combine sour cream, Cheddar cheese, Roasted Green Chile & Tomato Salsa and avocado. Combine ingredients until they are just mixed.
    2. Cover and chill until you are ready to serve.
