Crabmeat Roll-ups

Our Peppadew® Pepper Cocktail Sauce gives these roll-ups a real taste kick.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz. Cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup Robert Rothschild Farm Peppadew® Pepper Cocktail Sauce
  • 8 oz. Imitation crabmeat, chopped
  • 1/4 cup Swiss cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 cup Green onion, chopped
  • 4 Flour tortillas, 8 inch
  • 1/2 cup Robert Rothschild Farm Peppadew® Pepper Cocktail Sauce
  • Directions
    1. In a medium bowl, mix together the cream cheese and Peppadew® Pepper Cocktail Sauce until well blended.
    2. Stir in crabmeat, Swiss cheese and green onion. Spread about 1/2 cup of the mixture onto each tortilla, and roll up tightly.
    3. Wrap each tortilla in plastic wrap, and refrigerate overnight.
    4. Slice rolls in to 1/2 inch circles, and arrange on a serving tray with a bowl of Peppadew® Pepper Cocktail Sauce for dipping.
