Carrot Salad

Carrots are mixed with raisins, mayonnaise and Rhubarb Strawberry Preserves for a salad like no other.

Ingredients

  • 3 cups Carrots, grated
  • 1/2 cup Raisins
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup Robert Rothschild Farm Rhubarb Strawberry Preserves
  • Directions
    1. Place carrots in a bowl and mix together with raisins, mayonnaise and Rhubarb Strawberry Preserves. Place in refrigerator for at least 1 hour. Serve chilled.
