Beefy Cheese Dip

A mouth-watering cheesy beef dip featuring our Roasted Corn & Black Bean Salsa.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. Ground beef
  • 1 lb. Sausage
  • 1 bunch Green onions, chopped
  • 1 jar Robert Rothschild Farm Roasted Corn & Black Bean Salsa
  • 2 lbs. Processed cheese, shredded
  • Directions
    1. In a large skillet, brown beef and sausage. Drain excess fat.
    2. In another large skillet, mix green onions, Roasted Corn & Black Bean Salsa and processed cheese over a low heat. Continue stirring until cheese melts.
    3. Add meat to the cheese mixture and simmer uncovered until ready to serve.
