Asparagus with Tuscan Olive Cheese Sauce

A wonderful asparagus side dish featuring our Spicy Tuscan Olive Cream Cheese Spread.

Ingredients

  • 4 large Asparagus
  • 2 Tbsp. Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup Robert Rothschild Farm Spicy Tuscan Olive Cream Cheese Spread
  • Directions
    1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
    2. Rinse asparagus and cut the white end off the spear, about 1/2 inch. Drizzle olive oil on spears and rub to ensure an even coating.
    3. Heat Spicy Tuscan Olive Cream Cheese Spread in a small pan over medium heat until fluid.
    4. Roast asparagus spears for 5 minutes. Remove asparagus and top with sauce.
