Artichoke Pasta Salad

A delicious pasta salad featuring our Artichoke Pesto Topping alongside black olives, cherry tomatoes, spinach and mushrooms.

Ingredients

  • 3 cups Bowtie pasta
  • 3/4 cup Robert Rothschild Farm Artichoke Pesto Topping
  • 1/4 cup Black olives, sliced
  • 1/4 cup Cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cup Spinach, sliced in thin strips
  • 1/4 cup Mushrooms, sliced
  • 1/4 cup Basil, lemon dill or regular, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp. Garlic oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Directions
    1. Cook pasta in a medium stock pot. Salt water, do not over cook. Drain. Add remaining ingredients and chill for several hours or overnight.
