Apricot Ginger Grilled Chicken

Grilled chicken is basted with our Apricot Ginger Oven & Grill Sauce for a taste you won't soon forget.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz. Robert Rothschild Farm Apricot Ginger Oven & Grill Sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. Worchestershire Sauce
  • 1/4 cup Vinegar
  • 1/4 cup Water
  • 1 tsp. Crystallized ginger, optional
  • 2 lbs. Chicken breast
  • Directions
    1. Grilling Instructions: Bring out 30 minutes before grilling. Grill on medium heat. Continue to baste with Apricot Ginger Oven & Grill Sauce while grilling.
    2. Oven Instructions: Drain chicken from marinate mixture and saute in pan. Remove from pan and place in a baking dish. Pour Apricot Ginger Oven & Grill Sauce over chicken. Bake at 375 degrees F for 40-55 minutes, depending on the size of the chicken breast.
    3. Before serving, baste with 1/4 cup of Apricot Ginger Oven & Grill Sauce.
